Vivian Hughes is the CEO and Founder of 360 Mindful Solutions, a holistic performance coaching and leadership training agency. She has a background spanning over two decades in leadership development, encompassing training, operations, sales, and business enablement in the automotive, technology, financial services, and real estate industries.

She has assisted individuals and organizations such as Fiat Chrysler Corporation, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), First Guaranty Mortgage, United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Homecomings Mortgage, and N-ovation Technology Group (NTG) through coaching, mentorship, and workshops equipping leaders with growth strategies to gain clarity, transform, and enhance personal and professional relationships and leadership capabilities.

Vivian and 360MS are certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the Small Business Administration (WOSB), and Texas HUB - and licensed providers of behavioral assessments for talent selection and leadership development through TTI Success Insights. She serves as the 2024 Director of Technology on the board of directors for the National Speakers Association North Texas Chapter. A published author and a licensed Realtor for over twenty years, she also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, is certified in Workplace and Personal Well-Being, is a Certified Life, Business, and Employee Performance Coach, is an Advanced-Trained PSYCH-K Facilitator, a Reiki Practitioner, and an Advanced-Trained Meditation Guide.
Vivian is a mother of three and a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated member. She enjoys playing golf, Pilates, and gardening.
